Did anyone solve the mystery on Jinx reveal?

Way back when Jinx was teased, there was a quote on Vi's page (i think). Quoting from the wiki,

There was something about Caeser cipher but idk if anyone solved it.

Recently a Rioter (previously GroovyGypsy, now GroovyLord) held a reintroduction for himself because he moved on from the champion design team to another area that I can't recall, but everyone was free to ask him about anything.

He designed champion mechanics for our beloved Piltover champs like Vi and Jinx, as well as Ekko and I think Gnar and Jhin. Anyways, people asked a bit about lore and he essentially confirmed in a manner that Vi and Jinx are related (Some asked if they were and he responded "Vi and Jinx related? HMMMMMMMM"). My assumption is sisters because of face similarities, similar personalities, recent SG Jinx interaction quotes, regular taunt interactions; but really they could go any way they please with it.

That could possibly be some sort of answer? Who knows! But I love to think about the Piltover champions, because Vi is one of my favorite's to play as, and Jinx & Cait are some of my favorites to play with! I would love to have a Zaun/Piltover even that gave us more insight into those champions. I think it could be a lot of fun. So many interesting personalities in that bunch!
