Trying to figure out new Galio's Kit from the Preview

So from what I got.....

Passive: No idea. Could be something involving flight. Q: Seems to be a charge up dash that knocks opponents in the air (sort of like Zac but he travels in a line). W: Some type of auto boost. You can see as he approaches Katarina his arms and wings are glowing. Seems to be that any knocked up target he attacks are immediately smashed to the ground. E: Two gusts of air come out of him in a circle. When the two gusts meet they form a tornado. R: Jumps in the air, charges up, crashes down at a selected area and knocks everyone away from the impact zone.
