No Ultimate skin this year?
Elementalist Lux was released on pbe late november/early december. Does anyone know something about this? I'm curious.

KateyKhaos said they don't always have one in production. Plus it was kind of noted on their Skins % post made a few years ago as well where it said that Ultimate skins are 1-4% of the total yearly skins (which means it could only be up to 1 skin but doesn't mean they will always have one)
We got one in 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016. So, it's pretty clear they didn't plan one for 2014 or 2017. We might see one next year though, we never know.
I think they try to keep the release dates of ultimate skins unpredictable (Pulsefire Ezreal: July 2012, Spirit Guard Udyr: July 2013, DJ Sona: February 2015, Elementalist Lux: November 2016).
