Limited Skins & Their return
Imagine you have 2 kids, they both want a different old game. You tell one of your kids he can have it, so the other one comes up to you and asks where his game is. You tell him to go fuck himself, lol shoulda wanted the other one idiot.
So i ask you, Riot,- where is my Riot Squad Singed? I've seen the skin ONCE since i started playing. And he's not the only one on the list. He's my second favourite champ in the game and i'd love to one day own all his skins except augmented singed (which ironically was the first singed skin i ever owned). And while Surfer is always going to be my favourite singed skin (and in general) this is definitly one most people, me included, really like.
I get it, it's difficult because the current owners would lose value.
##PAX skins and legal issues I can see Pax TF and Pax Jax being an issue because it's linked to a third party event but you could treat them like you did Pax sivir. Allow people to get the old pax skins during pax events.
##Championship Riven If i remember correctly the reason for Riven's was the team being completed (5 championship skins)? Well The riot squad has been a full team since 2014 and yet he's still locked. As a matter of fact why did you even stop with the skin line?
##Owners As for the people who own these, ofcourse you don't want people to have these. But there will be less and less of you and these skins will be more lost and forgotten than nautilus. Also riot atleast tries to give you something in return and i think they handled riven pretty well. I mean i was still spooked when i had to face an actuall OG championship lvl 7 riven.
##The increasing Rarity of Limited skins and the work that was put into them These skins will become so rare you barely ever see them. While a bunch of them are just recolors, people did put work in these and that work should be on display.

Riot skins: Make them available at important times for riot games, not league.
Kayle skins She's planned for a remake. I'm sure you can figure something out that's connected to an event.
