Ekko related to Zilean?
I dont think he is literately related, but maybe Ekko stole one of Zilean's devices? I see no way he doesent have SOME relationship to Zilean. Maybe thats the big "secret" that Vel'Koz talks about when he taunts Zilean?

I think its likely that he somehow got his hands on one of Zileans inventions. I doubt he created something like this himself
I can't say much about Ekko and Zil's relationship, but something I saw is that in the opening when it shows the shrine thing, a drawing of what looks like Jinx in on the left... Makes me wonder if they have something in common/know one another?
maybe he stole something from zilean that he built. Other than that maybe viktor build something similar or he simply stole it from some 1 else.
