Volibear Skin? @Rito

I was wondering if any reds could at least say if there's a Volibear skin on the way or not. He doesn't have any 1350 or higher skins and I would certainly pay for one. It would be nice to see some new particle effects on one of his skins, I don't think any skins of his have any different effects on his moves and most of his skins are just armor changes. I started playing LoL after seeing Volibear on the roster so I have much love for the bear.

inb4 - [Instert champ] has less skins than Voli. Yes yes, but this thread is asking about Volibear. :3
