Based on Ornn's new short story

Doubt it. Ornn was called "the Mountain Smith" in his teaser, too. And most people were expecting it to be his title. But we got "the Fire below the Mountain".

Since Ornn's title mentions his elements of fire and earth (Mountain) and Anivia kinda mentions her element of ice (the Cryophoenix), I expect Volibear's title to include something related to storms and/or lightning.
