Can we just do a mass update of all outdated spell (and item) icons?

There are still several champions with horribly outdated spell icons, which are still octagons:

There is then an even more extensive list of champions whose icons (or at least those that have not been updated individually) are not as dated but inarguably do not reflect the current capabilities of the Riot art department and the icons they have been producing as of late (excluding Galio and Urgot, who have been confirmed for VGUs):

This isn't a necessary feature of League but it is greatly appreciated. When you did the updates to Shaco, Lux, and Gragas, that was very much appreciated, as well as when you updated certain icons individually or as a set during the class reworks, so can we just go ahead and do it for all the other champions that need them, in the very least the champions that still have their original beta or alpha icons?
