The number of peeps with the judgement kayle skin has to be pretty small, but It would be a cool reward for sticking with the game for so long.
(this of course applies to any other old and unobtainable skins, give me a shout and I'll try and add them) (judgement kayle was given to players that had at least 10 games played in season 1 btw)

Kayle and by association Morgana are pretty high on the VU update roster. I'd predict depending on how well riot actually works to see it end of next year. They ain't going to go through and do specific skins obviously.
They likely won't update the skin alone,only once they give Kayle her VGU(together with Morgana). If we're lucky we might see this happen at the end of the next year,though I think 2019 is a bit more likely.
A lot of old skins end up getting updated when the champ gets a new visual upgrade (like WW, Urgot, etc) but I don't think Kayle is getting one of those soon. I feel like this skin in particular could use its own little update
I just wish there was a way to obtain the skin. Maybe when Kayle gets her VU, they'll give Judgement Kayle a big boost beyond what you'd expect, then release a toned down version that people can purchase similarly to how some of the other previously Limited skins now have Legacy versions.
