Northern Front Swain's hat and shoulder plates are so vivid it actually makes me not want to pick it

I already own the skin and I love it, I loved it before, I love it now - in game.

I feels very unmilitarily (is that a word?) and unuseful, as it would stand out against the snow, which is very much against Swain's beliefs. I know the arm glows blue, but these parts are very vivid in the places the light doesn't go and I'm actually fine with the arm and it's glow, the parts are the only thing that seems so off.

From my own experience I know that changing something like this (excluding the implementation to the game itself) takes mostly five minutes, so I'm sure there would be no problem in doing that if there are many people who agree. If yes, make your voice be heard, please.

And I ask the same from the opposite side, since not changing anything but my mind would be way easier: Is there a reason why this vivid blue is a good thing? I don't ask for "who cares" or just aesthetic preference opinions (although I accept the letter, I wouldn't want to change something based on the louder minority), I'm rather interested in actual reasoning.
