Ayyy welcome to the world of graphic tablets. I like your Karma. She's got an interesting pose and decent proportions, and it doesn't look like you were afraid to show the different hand gestures. Plus you added a bit of glow on her back ornaments. That arm to her left might be a little long though as well as the palm of the other hand. You could also exaggerate the foreshortening too for a more dynamic appearance, or tilted a few of her fingers just to get away from having stiff parallel fingers.
...I tried sketching a little here to illustrate what I mean, but I have a feeling I'm still a bit off the mark.
There's some pink lines splattered on too because I was trying to figure out some of the shading/planes. You're definitely on the right track overall, but the lighting is a tad all-over-the-place. Eg. The arm on the left could use more shadows. Also the back leg since it'll be overshadowed by her butt and clothes.
Hope I made some sense and didn't come across as condescending.

its quite good, but i feel that the perspective of the forward arm to too far to the left and it makes the arm look longer than it should be.
#Constructive criticism:
1: Cleaner lines. A good way to do this is to use the line smoothness feature (found in most digital art applications), or using layers. On your first layer, use it as a rough draft and then trace over it with cleaner lines with a new one. Discard the old one.
2: Shading is nice. However, in some areas it looks like Karma is very shiny. This is due to you using much lighter shades in smaller patches. Shinier = Brighter shades, smaller (in most cases) patches. Non-Shiny = Slightly brighter shades, larger patches.
3: Perspective is slightly weird, but that's something that happens to all digital artists when they start out. I've felt that pain.
This is a REALLY great start, though! My first drawing was awful.
Yeah... my "learning" would probably make your eyes bleed and then fall out. :P Your proportions are a bit wonky, but still it otherwise totally smokes anything I could do -- keep at it. ^^
Nice job, keep it up! You were good and ambitious!
I recommend you get 'Clip Studio Paint' if you continue down this path, it's a great program, cheaper and easier to work with than Photoshop. Often goes on sale.
Definitely a great start, the perspective is slightly off but that's normal for any new artist. The hand in the foreground (I think maybe its just her right arm in general) seems a bit large but the shading is good and I like that you put in an out of focus background to bring her to the fore of the piece
Only suggestion I would have is too not shade with black or white. But rather different tones of colour.
Otherwise you're doing great. Should be proud of yourself for doing something other people aren't even willing to try at.
