The only thing that is bothering me is then i transform my Icons turn into the old splash arts. I would get it if it was an epic skin but now it is a legendary. I am not complaining that is a bad skin, to me it is the opposite I love it!
Just thinking these icons would be nice then transformed.

They already commented on this. They would need more resources spent on art, and they risk losing clarity of opponents looking quickly at the scoreboard to see character builds.
the skin is legendary? it does not show up in the shop when i searched for legendary skins yesterday.
