So then is the swain rework is going to be announced on pbe? Bc by this poin last year WW already was announced.

They don't always have the exact same schedule. A massive PBE patch hit yesterday, so I doubt he'll be in 8.2 as some of the content that went out was confirmed to be part of 8.3, so we probably have to wait till the next cycle begins in 2 weeks if we want a chance for him to show up as they'd have more content.
