This is for our chinese audience:
Actually this only happens in the Login-screen(which is temporary anyway),so the splash itself is perfectly fine. And anyway you don't see the skull clearly.
I dont see any actual bones, only shadows of them and barely at that.
Not unlikely they'll just cover that in China, because it's just background.
Who is the dead guy?
China can make it's own splash art. They have in the past.
