Got Warring Kingdoms from Hextech Crafting recently but I don't know which skin I like more. :/
I like the concept of Demon Vi more than WK but WK in my opinion is a much better looking skin. The abilities are great & the design is great.
Coolest thing for Demon Vi for me is that she gets the wings, but the color palette is a little meh.
Neon Strike
Demon Vi is an extremely under rated skin like holy shit.The VFX on the skin is amazing. Denting blows gives every auto attack a great VFX and activating excessive force does the same. Also I'm pretty sure the skin is a reference to Hell Boy and Hell Boy so.... Hell Boy :) Nice glowy effect on her passive when it charges. SFX are also fantastic as well when getting off all of her moves. They also gave her a different facial expression which I personally really like.
10/10 skin I'm so glad I got it. When you really take the time to look at the skin and notice all the great features it's like "WOW" this skin was reallly worth the RP.
Warring Kingdom's Vi is kinda lame in my opinion. Qi Pao is awkward AF on Vi and it makes her whole body look awkward. Effects aren't as good as Demon Vi.

WK looks better personally. Demon is a better skin for it's price though (voice filter and changed 3 hit passive marks set it higher than WK)
I would say Demon, but since demon is available year round until otherwise you should go for Warring Kingdoms since it's only available once a year or be extremely lucky that it's either in the your shop option, loot, or mystery gifted.
The big thing is whether or not you can put up with the voice modifier for Demon Vi. If you don't mind her having her voice distorted, its a good skin to run with. I don't play with the skin that much because it annoys the hell out of me. But I don't regret picking up the skin.
Warring Kingdoms is a pretty skin. If you don't mind an elegant, artsy incarnation of Vi (with a ponytail), it's a decent pickup. For some reason, this is my default skin when I know my team doesn't need the damage and I'm more peel orientated (and I'm too lazy to pick a champ that is better at these things).
And I upvoted the Neon Strike comment, because that skin is stupid fun and the one I play with the most.

I love the whole look of wk on her so much, with the Asian silk tunic and her hair tied up like a monk. It's funny because I hate all the other wk skins
Which one is more thicc? That's the one I'd pick. I'm a poet and I didn't blow it. No need to thank me for the rhymes, I'm just ahead of the times. Seriously though, Warring Kingdoms Vi isn't as thicc as Demon Vi but it is a legacy skin that you can only purchase during the Lunar Revel so I'd consider myself lucky if I were you.
