So... Is Navori a province or a city?

On the interactive map, it shows the name Navori over quite a bit of land, and it ends up seeming like a region. But I just reread the Darius comic, and on one part, he says, "The road to Navori is clear," which makes me think it's more of a city, rather than a whole entire region. Which one is it?

I wouldn't trust a Noxian invader for your Ionian geographical information ;)

It's a region almost certainly. Trust the map.
