I mean when ur on low health there is this music where warwick is hunting you but when Jhin does his ulti nobody else near him hears it or within his range? perhaps others within his range of the ulti or near him should hear it? like how we hear warwick?

Hi can you elaborate what does Perma mean?
I played a match with a Jhin yesterday and when he did his Ulti I couldn't hear anything. What could be the issue? he was on my Team BTW couldn't it be I wasn't close enough to him?
