Serious question here I like this game but the graphics is so bad for 2017 I cannot believe they have not updated this game.
A lot of people have upgraded their hardware even modern laptops can run way more than this game. The limited graphics makes the skins look bad only a few new legendary skin actually looks good and can compete with other MOBA games.

Even by making this post it shows that you have no idea of videogames or technology at all. Despite the fact that Lol came in 2009 and Dota 2 in 2013, both of those games follow a completely different graphic style which can't be compared with each other. LoL's character details, animations and terrain design are acctualy a lot better after the update of the summoner's rift and with this graphic direction it won't age at all similar to World of Warcraft's graphic design where no matter how many years pass it doesn't age, while Dota 2 will show some aging in a few years.

Dude don't say a single DotA 2 thing in league community cuz they will all yell the ****s out of you lol. don't worry every one who actually played DotA 2 knows DotA 2 has much nicer graphics and details, and DotA 2 is just better than league over all.
why is Dota 2 the graphics standard?
