Eh. Skins are largely done based around what the skin development team wants to make.

Jhin is also still new... so it isn't like he's DIEING for a new skin..

I actually don't mind Teemo getting the skin. It fits what everyone calls him. What I have a problem with is Morgana getting a Halloween skin when she has Ghost Bride and other that fits her theme. Yet again another catering to specific champion that get skins every single year. Where are the Karma, Zyra, Cass, Viktor, Jhin, Illaoi, and other champion skins? Oh that is right! They are giving it to Ekko and Jinx.

He almost gets one per year (0 in 2014 / 2013 but 2 in 2011). So they're a little under that 1 / year at this point.

Honestly he was likely chosen for this skin simply because there was no champ who was more fitting for a demon-skin.

i did the math one day the biggest differnce in skins per year was like annie at 1.4 and another champ at like .75 just rounding i forgot excatly but if jhin were to get a skin right now that would 1.7 per year.

Jhin was released on 02-01-2016, sure it's been about 8 months but most get a skin after a year. Some do get them sooner but usually takes at least 6 months to a year in most cases.

Xerath, a champion with only 4 skins for a quitely old champion, did not get a new one since 27 April 2015. That's nearly 1.5 years.

To be fair Teemo did get a skin back in 2015. Granted he only has one legacy/event based skins (Happy Elf) and he should get a Demonic/Halloween based skin. I mean there are a couple champions who i think deserve a skin, but i can understand where they are coming from giving him a skin like this!
