Is DragonBlade Riven ever going to be purchasable again?

I recently started playing Riven and I really enjoy her so I wanted to buy a skin for her and saw all the skins she has. DragonBlade was by far my favorite but it isn't available in the store. Does anyone know if its one of those skins that only available once a year or is it never going to be available again?

Every Chinese New Year, Annie Cassiopeia Caitlyn Diana Jinx Morgana (etc etc) skins come out legacy style .SHould be on the 28th of this month so keep an eye out.

I like that skin the most btw
