Neither of them conform to the standards set in recent years for their respective races, but neither of them really warrant a full VGU. A few tweaks, maybe. But not a full VGU.

Wolfy and Galio both have full VGUs in the works. Eve and Urgot are probably both getting their VGUs some time next year as well.
I'm not talking about VGUs.
I'm talking about champs that need a visual update because they don't fit with the rest of their race/faction any longer. Pantheon arguably falls into this category as well. He needs some celestial particles added to his abilities.

Sorta like how these awful roster updates have been slowing down the full VGUs as well. I would rather lose the roster updates wrecking beloved champions who didn't need to be touched and gain an extra full VGU team that way.
