There was a missed opportunity with Demacia Vice Garen

Nothing screams Moonbeam techno 80s like Patrick Nagel's artwork, and given that Garen's basically Miami 1984 meets Moonbeam City it'd have been beyond perfect to implement it since there's already the VHS effect on his abilities and model.
