When will Warwick and others get a new Splash Art ?

Riot, first of let me tell that I loved the new Anivia Splash from a few patches ago. That was gorgeous. But I can't help but feel like some other champs could really really use it. Warwick, Irelia, Rammus ,Corki , Kennen and Swain are all prime examples of this. We are in 2015, and yet Warwick's, Rammus's and Kennen's Splash art do not even have a background. Swain's and Irelia's never got updated even tho they have been in the game for quite a while, and while Corki did get a update, the new one still looks old and moldy. Ps: I would include Taric and Poppy, but since they are getting Reworks and relaunches, I would expect them to get new Splash Arts when the rework comes.
