Why Jhin is thematically sound

There have been a surprising amount of threads complaining that Jhin's kit is inconsistent with his theme, and while I agree that was the case for a few recent champs, it's not so for Jhin. It fits thematically because he is just supposed to be a serial killer who uses a gun and his deadeye aim to kill his victims. He's nothing more, at least in any way that his abilities can show. Jhin is different from say, Shaco, in that he maintains a fantasy, a deranged delusion that killing is a fine art of which he is a virtuoso. What distinguishes him from a regular murderer is his skill and creativity. The whole point of this champion is that he is a terrible person, gunning down innocents in a deranged rampage that is indistinguishable from a common lunatic's, while in his mind, he is an artist, different from the rest.
