Can BM Diana's Tattoo's Glow?

I know the skin just came out, but you've done post-release tweaks before (PROJECT: Fiora's joke was changed when Pool Party was released)

I think that having the pale tattoo that you can barely see is a waste of potential. It should glow red when Diana has her passive ready, which would add cool factor and visual clarity at the same time. Two-for-one deal!
