Asking whether or not you felt that his appearance is 'high quality'.

Obviously disagreed. His base skin is terrible. Not quite pizza-feet Taric bad, but he needs some work.

I always use Monarch Kog'Maw, so I dunno how his base skin even looks anymore. DEATH BY BUTTERFLY.
