Asking whether or not you felt that his appearance is 'high quality'.

Obviously disagreed. His base skin is terrible. Not quite pizza-feet Taric bad, but he needs some work.

I always use Monarch Kog'Maw, so I dunno how his base skin even looks anymore. DEATH BY BUTTERFLY.

I use Reindeer Kog most of the time. Butterfly and Liondance every now and again. Own all the skins except Battlecast.

When I think Kog, I think ferocious, whimsical, and so ugly he's cute.

Battlecast is none of those things. Least favorite Kog skin by far.
