Yeah. And there is the mono-boob... looks like the Texture is missing some textures...

And don't let me start on that gold on the dress.

Morgana looks much better now. While I hoped she'd get a full VU I am happy to see her actually looking like she does in her splash art(this really bugged ever since i started playing)

Yeah, I'm waiting on a full VU too but for now this is a vast improvement from what we currently have.

Did they not say they were just going to full VU Morgana, and didn't have her on the TU pipe line?

Pretty sure it was that she's not on the VU pipe as they haven't laid out the concept for her.
