There haven't been any new chromas being released since the Nami/Vayne/Cassiopeia ones (which was all the back in early August, 2015).
Can we expect some nice looking chromas soon? Are you permitted to let us know? C:

Unfortunately, I'm not able to drop any details about the future of chromas at the moment. As Deep Terror Nami mentioned, we have sent out surveys surrounding other potential routes for the obtaining of and using chromas, as well as the idea of chromas in general, so it's not something we've forgotten about entirely. :)
They were/are looking for a new system for putting out chromas. They had a survey that mentioned purchasing "ink" with IP among some other things, so I'd imagine they've got big plans for it and just can't release any more the original way.

Thank you for the response! I for one am very excited for new chromas! I wasn't a huge fan at first and thought they were pretty pricey too, but after seeing the Nami one I just couldn't resist! :3
What if you made it so that if you get a champion shard of one you already own you can redeem it as a Chroma pack
