They're probably throwing skins at her since she was kind of neglected for awhile.
However, some other champs need skins more than her.

As mentioned in the other threads, it's an esports skin for the MSI and with esports, anything goes.

It's an esports skin and it was said that these won't be considered anymore when it comes to making other skins to champs. So it is possible for a champ to get an esport skin and a regular skin close together.
