Back in Season 2, it was really awesome to hear how the champion's in the League of Legends used to interact with one another on a biweekly basis.
Things actually happened in Runeterra every week or two. It felt alive!
It would be really cool if Riot could provide that kind of lore quality and quantity that it used to once again.

Newspaper articles didnt flesh out the world as they should have nor are they the pinnacle of lore building. Most of the stories told there were just fluff, they didnt add anything to the world that the simplified view of "oh if we talk more about something irrelevant, the world will feel alive cause of it".

I made a post about what I personnaly thought would be a cool direction for Riot to consider.
This is my opinion. I am merely making a post about it. There's no need to be a jerk about it.
There is no need for you to make an irrationally nonsensical hate post in response to me simply praising the efforts that Riot has made in the past.
Yes, I did like the old Lore, especially the so called "fluff"... Runeterra certainly had a much more cohesive narrative in the old lore. Heck, the lore actually developed every two weeks! We're lucky to get that every four months these days.
Despite how unpopular that opinion may be, I'm gonna post it, because that is my experience with this game.

Some things are facts/lies, while some things are opinions. Opinions normally don't have a clear meaning, and differ from person to person. Saying that "X champion is bad" is an opinion, because others might think differently. What is a fact is saying, "I think that X champion is bad." So no matter how much people agree with you, an opinion will never be a fact.

You don't say. The thing is, it didn't really have enough lore to suit us, but it had things that could've been built upon. We only got JoJ and we liked it, but we needed some other source of lore to help us. The old lore definitely needed something, but what they had was something good so far. Compared to what we get now, the amount of lore releases was much larger than what we have currently.

Back in Season 2, we had fewer champions who have no place in a combat-by-champion international area. Please explain to me why an anti-nuclear international coalition like the Institute of War would allow a cosmic horror to participate in their trials-by-combat, which are meant to resolve national political disputes? Who the hell does the monster fight for? Who even decides whom the monster champions? Why the heck would you even delegate that to someone?
