Will Shen get a long form lore?

Title. I know jhinn hasn't gotten his short story yet, but then we also have no bio at all for shen even though he got a new in client blurb. It seemed especially strange now that we have some mt targon blurbs as well, can we expect full bios and short stories for all these champions? or is it just an update to client lore?
