Thats whre he keeps the ammo for his "finale"
I know he's holding the grip of a big gun but it always looks to me like he's shaking a pebble out of a boot.
It is not where he keeps the ammo. That Thing is a Hextech-Magic mass accelerator or in other words: The Big-Range-Machine
