Up until now, I've kind of just assumed that Sol would be some benevolent protector of Valoran. But the voice over sounds like a powerful tyrant that views mortals as insects. Maybe the reason this voice is on the ARAM map is because this is something else. A Watcher maybe? It probably is still Sol but I just find the voice a little odd.
