Looks neat and all but why is singed not on the list and is jinx (and some others) locked?

They release them over a period of time
Singed is not present because aside from Warwick, he will have the largest contribution to the lore event, considering he orchestrated Warwick's transformation. The fact that Twitch is missing too may also tie into Singed's transmutation experiments...
