@Riot No Demacia or BC in "Awaken"

So, I'm late to the party on this, but given the video the other day on Universe in Season 9, I was wondering why we didn't see any of Demacia or Bandle City in Awaken, given that those are this year's themes, instead of Ionia and Noxus (with a bit of Piltover), which seems to fit Season 8 to me. I also feel like it would have increased the excitement around Sylas to get to see him doing amazing things before his release, with Awaken helping to lead into it.
