Since unlike the other nations Piltover is going for a science victory I will not be including any form of Military or stability factors and be mostly grading Piltover on its influence over Runeterra.

Piltover is the city of Progress, how it still is after jinx causing pandemonium I will never know. And is Runeterras trade hub, with ships from all nations being allowed to port in its docks. This outside of the bilgewater piracy thingy is a closed system giving Piltover the largest economy in Runeterra. Combined that with a fractional reserve banking system (I mean they have a prestigious college of Science, SOMEBODY must have become the source of all evil in their, eventually) makes Piltover most likely the only nation with a Central bank and to lend large sums of stuff to other nations on a regular basis. But aside from that whole economic nonsense Piltover is also the center for moral Scientific advancement with inventers like Heimerdinger Part time Superhero Jayce and Oriannas dad making some high tier hextech technollogally. Hopefully they discovered how to make a toaster

Final Ratings Funding +10 (Funding +10) Trade +10 (Trade +10) Owning other countries +10 Moral science +7 (Moral Science +10) Source of all Evil +10

Dont feel oblige to do this but could we get a small "theory" analysis on what Piltover and Zaun could have been like when they were both once one city? I know it would be hard because we could only guess but it doesn't hurt to have some speculative fun.

TBH tho, I am only assuming they were once a single city.
