Can we give Eve the Karthus treatment ?

Last year on patch 4.9, Karthus got a major update that made a great champ into a great champ, with no balance changes involved. They just cleaned him up. He got: a visual upgrade across all skins, a new voice over, new lore, new icons and a new classic splash artwork. And all those things ( Other then maybe the voice over) Eve needs. She is called Evelynn: The widowmaker, Primary role: Assassin, secondary role: Mage. But she looks more like Evelynn: The Dominatrix with a killing fetish, Primary role: Assassin, secondary role: Stripper. Her Tango skin is my favorite, because it shows Eve as she should be: A exquisitely gorgeous assassin, with the ability to turn her gentle touch into a killing blow. Her lore doesn't tell squat about anything other then she is a killer, and that you can tell just by her gameplay. Her icons and her Splash art just look outdated and sad. Please Riot, you have shown gorgeous work in the past, please, work some magic with Evelynn, give her some love.

I have never in the history of pc gaming seen such a bipolar role on a class/hero/champion.

1 month: Tank/bruiser eve strong pick 1 month later: assassin/mage eve strong pick, tank eve is troll 1 month later:"why the fuck are you building so much damage on eve? you build her tank or else she is useless"

Might be because I'm low elo but it seems like eve has switched roles more than illidan the betrayer, and for those who don't know, he is a betrayer and has swapped sides like 5 times.

Eve is scheduled for a VU, but she's pretty low on the list. At least she actually got a skin recently! (the Safecracker Eve)

Taric, Poppy, Yorick, GP, MF are all higher up than Eve is.

Evelynn to me has a HUGE identity crisis. Riot has said before they expect to rework her at some point now when that point is we'll never know Evelynn item 3070

Gameplay-wise, Evelynn is really strong. She might be gimped by her passive but she's still really strong and I've had absolutely 0 problems playing her aside from her late game fall off.

Her appearence, voice, and lore is a whole different story though. She's a total mess. I think she definitely needs a makeover there, however I still think she should be creepy-ish like she is now, just not like, wearing 500 dog collars and sound like a 60 year old grandma when she looks like she could be 20.

As long as we get a classic Evelynn skin.

As far as we know, they really wanna give her an update, they are just not sure how to approach with it ("What is she exactly? A succubus? a vampire? A mix of the two? A half darkin? Something else?").

Though IronStylus said that there's a concept for Eve that Gem Lin (LoneWingy) made, that's currently sitting on the backburner.

Honestly I cant say anything about her toolkit update for shes allready good as is, but she more then likely wil get a major visual rework and splash art rework due to the fact shes seeing a lot of meta play as of late, riot prefers to update the champions who are used more frequently. And in my opinoin they should for well, if you were a company would you want your most popular product looking like shit? No you wouldent, you would want to polish it up and make it look clean. So yeah i predict a possible visual update within the next 5 months.

Riot has stated that Eve wouldn't receive a new skin (or at least a good skin) until she receives a VU. I'm hoping that will be soon because I agree. She has the assassin vibe in her current look and kit, but she doesn't really have a personality really.
