Eve Kog Warwick Cho Jax Blitz
All these icons look outdated and old. And the worst part, only one is on the list to receive a VU, and even in his case it has been iceboxed for now. The least Riot could do is when they tweak Koggy for the ADC update, that he gets new icons.

Part of me is sort of charmed by stuff like this. Don't get me wrong, they're terrible still, but looking at them reminds me of League's goofy fun days when they were just figuring everything out and things weren't all grim dark. Not that what they are doing now is bad, just that I don't think things have the same charm they used to.
These are so silly. WW's squishy close-up; Cho's passive has his tail, like what does that have to do with it?; Jax is like punching someone right in the fucking head; Evelynn with her ridiculous meat hands. I agree they need to be updated, but they still bring a smile to my face.

meh I think Kog's icons are fine tbh range move, armor melter move, after death chaser passive, bombardment, and an ooze roll

FYI, eve's passive is a new icon, you can see it's better quality than the rest.

And that's not even covering the Icons that are still in the game that don't have items to go with them anymore.
The
vu and gameplay updated were announced 4 years ago, we are still waiting, Riot Games, don't let us die before it happen (i know i will die b4 i see this champ updated).
Only the community see that those 6 y/o icons are outdated and ugly, Riot Game think they are fine.
I'm sure one else pointed it out but, you act as though they stopped doing updates on old champions. Riot will get to it, chill.
I honestly like to maintain the outdated icons.

Take a look at Pantheon's icons.
Replace Blitz with Amumu, Blitz's icons still look pretty good, just need a little spit polish, everything else is just terrible.
I think Blitzcrank's are fine. I mean the almost look and feel like he designed them himself. You can look at them and guess what they do.
