Summoners Rift Re-texture
Do you think we will ever see the re texture for SR for the different seasons like Fall and Winter in the future?

The amount of time Riot put into the color pallet and saturation balance of Summoner's Rift and the way that it contrasts with champions and abilities will make it very unlikely for Riot to arbitrarily retexture the map. I'm definitely not saying that it isn't possible. I would really like to see it too, but I do understand that it was difficult for them to get to where it is now, so I don't think it will happen soon, if ever.
