Will Riot re release Warwick the Manatee for a limited time after the rework?
I just wanted to know because I like the concept of URF being embodied in different skins and this in my opinion is the best showing of him in a skin.

They were considering re-releasing Urf and grey skins at another time. They are just unsure about how the people that got them before would want to be compensated for playing the game before other people...
The answer at the moment is unknown. They've been vague about it, but have stated if they did, it'd get the Championship Riven treatment.
Honestly, Urf the Manatee Warwick was just an April Fool's skin, and could be released as such in the future, with the same border difference as the Harrowing skins imo.
