Will Riot re release Warwick the Manatee for a limited time after the rework?

Grey Warwick (And Medieval Twitch) should be unchanged considering that the refer-a-friend system was too easy to dupe via Google/Yahoo emails and making lots of "friends" you could refer who joined the game. I have a really hard time believing that the majority of the owners of those two skins got them without resorting to cheesing the system.
