He hasn't gotten any skins in 4 years, Riot please make skin for the Master Tactician.

his new default is so badass, i can't wait to see what they could do if they applied that quality to a new skin
He was promised a new skin already. Three years ago. With the Soon (TM) label.
And now apparently he needs a SION LEVEL rework as they're nerfing his kit down to make it less and less viable.
Still, so long as Riot does not completely fudge it up with, say Vlad E styles of abilities or broken messes like Mord has become, I am HOPEFUL of his future. And, regrettably, prepared for disappointment.
