Make them a different colour from her boots to make players able to tell where one ends and the other begins. As it is now the two just blend together to create a jumbled mess. Perhaps colour them light pink/purple to go with the Heartseeker theme?

Ended up doing it. XD I switched the colors around a bit more and this it what I think might look nice. ^.^ (though this is a quickly done edit so far from prefect, but will hopefully show what I was talking about better. )
The thy hearts things blend way nicer this way as oppose to the "fixed" version where it just feels out of place to even have them there due to the whole legs having that one purple colour.

I like the more modest look for quinn (she cares more about the fight than looking good) but I'm okay with her having a sweet skin.
About the leggings/boots. I do like that they added more coverage on the legs but I also like the 2 tones. But overall I'm confused because they seem to be thigh-high boots until you look at her feet and she's also wearing flats or kitten heels....? so are they boots or tights? I have no idea
I like the general direction of this. ^_^ Though I think the skin might look even better if the color of the stockings/boots/whatever was switched to red and the band to a white. Then the section above that turned into the dark blue. ^.^This way you don't have red on red.
Blue hair would also do wonders for this skin.
I'm feeling kind of lazy but maybe I'll open up and image editing program later and also give it a shot. XD
I like it, but I'm unsure about the hair being the same colour as some part of the outfit.

First they should fix the entire skin that doesn't match the champion at all. Next up is probably an Annie skin with cleavage so Riot can keep cashing in.
