Make them a different colour from her boots to make players able to tell where one ends and the other begins. As it is now the two just blend together to create a jumbled mess. Perhaps colour them light pink/purple to go with the Heartseeker theme?
The above is literally just me messing about in Paint.net for a few seconds to give you an idea of what I mean.

Ended up doing it. XD I switched the colors around a bit more and this it what I think might look nice. ^.^ (though this is a quickly done edit so far from prefect, but will hopefully show what I was talking about better. )
LunarMageRem4 votesI did another one too that is just expanding on the recolor you did by adding a few details to the skin and darkening the red to help separate it from the more purple red in places. With some white feathers coming out of the heart hair piece it could be interesting and seems more heartseeker like. though hard to tell without it being on an actual model where it can be seen in multiple angles.

LunarMageRem1 votesI like the general direction of this. ^_^ Though I think the skin might look even better if the color of the stockings/boots/whatever was switched to red and the band to a white. Then the section above that turned into the dark blue. ^.^This way you don't have red on red.
Blue hair would also do wonders for this skin.
I'm feeling kind of lazy but maybe I'll open up and image editing program later and also give it a shot. XD

About the leggings/boots. I do like that they added more coverage on the legs but I also like the 2 tones. But overall I'm confused because they seem to be thigh-high boots until you look at her feet and she's also wearing flats or kitten heels....? so are they boots or tights? I have no idea

Well, skins are "not canon" for a Champion, so it doesn't really have to fit the Champion in that sense. Cohesion with the concept of the particular skin is, in my opinion, more important than cohesion with the Champion's original canon.
As for the boots/not-boots I've no idea. Some people have pointed out to me that apparently they were originally knee-high stockings+high-heels though.
