Riot, what champ is getting their price reduced, along with Hecarim ?

So , we all know that when a new Champion comes out, another gets her/his price reduced, as shown with Kindred/Lulu ,Tahm/Fiora etc. But every 3 champions, 2 champs get their priced reduced and Illaoi is 3 champ, meaning that 2 are getting reduced, but we only have Hecarim confirmed. Thing is I have a lot of Ip , but I do not want to use it on a champ that is getting their priced reduced. We are half way done (more or less) with this patch and we still don't know. Inform us please

They stopped announcing that,so I doubt we'll get an answer here(though I'd like to know as well).

Looking at the past additional price reductions,the pattern seems to be 3150,1350,4800,3150,... Since the last one was a 4800-champ that would mean a 3150 is likely to get his/her price reduced.
