Where do the Arclight Skins come from ?

So I love the Arclight theme for Vayne, Varus and Vel, but I was looking closely at the skins and I noticed that in the Splash Arts there are buildings. The architecture is not even close to anything we currently have anywhere else in runeterra, yet the architectural style remains the same in all 3 splash arts. Could it be Icathia ? If so what are Varus and Vayne doing there ? What other champs could use this skin line ? Could Riot be teasing a new place in Runeterra ?

Keep in mind arclight varus is how he was before being corrupted so it could very well be somewhere in ionia

I had thought of that, and maybe it´s the Pit of Pallas. However I wonder why would Vayne and Vel be there.

Its most likely that only arclight varus is canon, the others are just for fun alternate universe-skins.

Blood moon has something similar going on. Bloodmoon shen and akali represent the 2 doing the stage-play of the blood moon Blood moon Kalista and probably Thresh&Elise represent how these characters are depicted in Ionian legends Blood moon zilean seems to be just for fun.

eh, you don't know, maybe Zilean likes the Blood Moon festival.

Well considering the pit of Pallas is literally of pit of corruption I highly doubt its Pallas it's likely the village near the pit varus was from and since arclight varus is his before corruption appearance it could be a what if vel wasn't the monstrous void creature thing not sure about vane tho

I don't know. It seems like Arclight Varus is what would happen if Pallas was a force of good, instead of evil. An alternative, more idealistic version of Runeterra is what I think the Arclight skins try to transmit
