Season 7: Will we ever see the Voice Packs?

What are announcer Voice Packs? Packs that are buyable in the shop, that allow you to select a different Announcer voice for your games. (The announcer is the one that says things like : Triple kill, Inibitor respawning, Tower destroyed and so on)

What voices, and how many? How many could we have? A CRAP TON. Think about it: • Almost every champion in the game could potentially have his own announcer voice pack. (Can you imagine Nautilus saying Pentakill? i can)

• General voices based on a theme: Mecha voice, Guardian of the Sand voice, Battlecast voice, Project voice and so on

• Esport commentator voice: For those who follow esports, think about it, your favorite caster are actually casting your game with this method :D Can you imagine Phreak going like QUUUUAAAAADRA KILL? I can.

And probably even more options could be available.

Other games already have this stuff implemented, and i would gladly pay for soemthing like this. It's cool, it's fun, and breaks out the monotony of the same 10 years old voice

This would be such a sick idea,, as long as voice packs are not for rp as that would kinda suck,, considerin most of us would like to spend our rp on better things like skins/champions. Riot should seriously consider this cus,, rengar voice pack! Imagine rengar screamin pentakill.Rengar

Champion Announcer Packs: Lvl 10 Mastery Reward

Commentator/Theme Announcer Packs: 700 RP/7500 IP

Youtuber announcer packs would be cool as well.

Importing our own sound packs would be a good idea too if some of us don't favor the champion voices.

I think the problem here is that is something only user client-sided. You can show off skins, but you can' t show off announcer packs.

This makes question the player if that it is worth it, since you could do that aniway with side applications done from people that do not tamper too much with the base game and do not give competitive advantage.

Basically if Riot ever does this it will be more to safeguard players from dealing with tampered clients than actually giving proper voice packs. Which honestly is not that profitable.

On top of that, Voice Actors are becoming more and more harsh to hire due to different hiring issues that affect many game producers, and this affects both actors that operate in that interest and actors that do not want to deal with that. Look up for SAG-AFTRA ( Screen Actors Guild) for more info.

Maybe some unreleased voice lines being thrown in? A Rioter stated that Jhin had tons of unused voice lines, including gruesome haikus for when he was backing.

Personally I picture Naut saying Pentakill being kinda like an Echo-y Eeyore.

I am still hoping for a voice pack for Old Nasus, to be honest. Unpopular opinion, but I liked it.

I would pay all the RP to have:

Phreak pack that plays "tons of damage" each kill

Samuel L Jackson, nuff said

Bard chiming, the higher the multikill level the more excited the chiming!

Satan Teemo, nothing like getting a pentakill and hearing teemo "BLOOD FOR MY GLORY!"

Jinx voice pack, this would be just too funny listening to her tell me to kill another one an another one AND ANOTHER ONE!
