Why is Kennen not in any of Shen's splashes?
You can see Akali in Surgeon and Warlord, and Zilean in Bloodmoon; where is Kennen?

Actually,if you look next to Akali in the Warlord Shen splash,you can see the pointy ears of Kennen.So he is in one of them :^).

I guess it is possible that they know that they have to give him a VU eventually,which will likely come with a slight redesign,so they don't want to put him into the new splashes because otherwise they'd have to update these splashes as well or leave the unupdated kennen there.
Also I guess he simply didn't fit that well,akali uses a skin in all ofer her cameos that ties these skin lines together. Kennen however doesn't have any skins that fit any of shens skins with the exception of M.D.Kennen who probably wouldn't fit that well with surgeon shens splash anyway.
Poor kennen... Hes so fun and deserves luv. Similar to Swain, ma main, hes so unloved he doesn't even have memes like Yorik does about their 0 luv. He should be in YellowJacket or Warlord.
Kennen hasn't gotten any new splashes in a long ass time.
I think they just forgot how to draw him tbh
Most likely as he'll receive a VU at some point, so no point in deadlocking him in even more skins until then.
