I was really hoping for some kind of champion-specific lore here. I swear, if the end result of that wondrous artwork is a couple of voice interactions... I'm going to be pretty miffed.

You're gonna be disappointed
If anything this will be clarified in Jhins full lore which will be later released with his profile on the official page.
However at this point I'd say it is highly likely that these teasers represent the way how Jhin imagines their deaths and since Jhin seems to be a hired killer for some shady guys in the ionian council I'd say that these 4 might be targets that he should kill.
I'd be miffed if they end up actually dead. I'm content with them just being teasers.
I'm sure Jhin will take a special interest in these four, since they're too specific to just be cool pictures, but I wouldn't expect any grand relationship.
The PBE has a short-form lore. Looks like he's an assassin for a small cabal in Ionia.
This could get interesting. Those teasers were not random.

Zed stole the kill of Jhin. He wanted to make "art" with the father of Shen... but Zed killed him... now HE is going to make "Art" with Zed instead.
