Where are the new skins?
Rushed home from work to get the new singed skin... is it next week or something they will be released?

The skins never come out when the patch is released. They are normally released on a Tuesday or a Thursday following the patch. So you will either see them tomorrow or next week.
Give it a few days. Good chance they'll be available tomorrow.
Just because a new patch comes out doesn't mean the skins come out immediately after. They're released after a few days at least.
Thanks for the heads up, i know the new champs usually come out a few days after a patch, didn't know the skins lagged behind as well.
