Shouldn't he be "Worldbreaker Brand" seeing how he shares the Mayan/Aztec aesthetics with these new skins...?

He likely has a different name because he is in a different position than the worldbreakers. The worldbreakers seem to be aztec/mayan/etc. gods,wheras brand is a shaman.
This isn't something new since creator viktor isn't called battlecast viktor and iBlitzcrank isn't called program blitzcrank
