She gets 2 skins a year, but I never actually see anyone play her. Am I just missing a huge demographic?

5.43% play rate according to op.gg. Reason is that hook champions are meta and immobile adc tend to be free target to this 100-0 grab fest. If hooks champs weren't meta, you would see her more frequently.

I often hear MF has a high play rate below plat where the majority of the playerbase resides.
